About Instrascend (Roxanne)
Roxanne is a marketer by training, but never been particularly interested in staying inside one box. She's drawn to the space where creativity meets data, where strategy meets execution, and where a good question can turn into something you can build. Roxanne's work has taken her through marketing, audience development, analytics, content, technology, and now increasingly into the world of cultural events and educational products.
The industries and projects may change, but the way she approaches them, doesn’t:
get curious,
dig deeper,
question what everyone assumes to be true,
and find a better way forward.
And that's the thinking behind Instrascend. It's a practice built around the idea that there is usually more to uncover, a better question to ask, or a smarter way to do something.
Roxanne likes solving problems that don’t have an obvious answer. She likes taking something messy and making it make sense. She likes finding the story hiding in a spreadsheet, figuring out why an audience behaves the way it does, building a system that makes someone's life easier.
And she’s less interested in having everything figured out before she starts. Sometimes the best way forward is to follow the question, take the risk, and see what happens.
Instrascend is rooted in the belief that good marketing starts with understanding people, and great work happens when you combine that understanding with data, creativity, and a willingness to experiment. Roxanne is constantly exploring new tools, technologies, and ways of working. Not because something is new, but because there might be a better way to solve the problem.
